Additional Fees

Travel Fee-

$25 for on location/travel fee for all locations within 25 miles from The Studio.

  $75 for all venues more than 25 to 75 miles from The Studio.

If your wedding or event is taking place more than 75 miles away, please let me know and I can happily provide you with a personalized travel quote.

**Locations over two hours away will require an overnight hotel accommodation at the clients expense.

Early Start Time/Holiday Fee -

A $100 early start convenience fee will be added for each hour before 8:00am.  Bookings that take place on a holiday are subject to a $200 holiday fee. 

Parking Fee-

Client will be responsible for all applicable parking fees.

Location/Room Change Fee-

$50 fee for location changes on the wedding/event day.  This means if artist is needed to pack up and finish at another location. Artist comes prepared with full production kit, including chairs, lights, and all necessary equipment.

Additional Artist Fee-

$200

Bridal Parties of 6 or more may require an additional artist to ensure a smooth timeline.  This fee will be added if an assistant is required based on the final service count and schedule.

         *BE ADVISED*

To secure your wedding date, a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total invoice are required.

Non-bridal services may require a different deposit amount, as outlined at booking.

There is a $300 booking minimum for all weddings services, as well as a 4% processing fee on all card payments.

GRATUITY- Gratuity IS NOT added to your package/service but is greatly appreciated
